On 17.09.18 TEAMS 4 ends with the ceremonial presentation of the certificates to the 20 participants who have returned from the four-week practical phase at 14 schools during these days. U Nayaka solemnly bid them farewell to the last part of their continuing education on 01 August.
TEAMS has developed into a well-founded teacher training course that meets high standards. The methodical and didactic activities, especially the intensive supervision of the participants, have been greatly expanded. As a consequence, Zin Maung is now supported by a management team. Parallel to TEAMS 5 – the admission test will take place shortly – refresher trainings are planned for former graduates. At the beginning of next year, additional SES experts will accompany the work of the group.
