End of June, the tourism project had a big celebration: The second batch was seen off, certificates were handed over and the best participants were honoured. At the same time, the third batch with 57 participants was welcomed. Myanmar-TV, local and national newspapers reported.
In this project, lecturers from universities and tourism businesses teach the participants from 17 to 19 o’clock every day. Six months of theoretical instruction are followed by three months of hands-on training; after that the final exams take place. Up to now, all participants have found employment.
